Review a video, request changes, approve
Watermarked preview, two revision rounds included, approval and downloading the original.
When the creator delivers you get a notification. Until approval you see a preview at most 720p with a watermark. This protects both sides: the original comes together with the payment.
“Preview is being created”: the preview usually appears within a minute after delivery. If it takes longer, reload the page; if it fails, our team is alerted automatically, and the approval window only runs once you can watch the video.
If something isn't right, request changes and place comments at the right moment in the video. Two revision rounds are included.
“Approve” releases the payment, starts the license and unlocks the original download. The file name carries the order code, so ad results can be matched automatically later.
Without a response, the video counts as approved 72 hours after delivery.
