What you need for Silver and Gold and what it gets you.
The last 180 days count. Silver: at least 5 approved orders, 80 % on time, 60 % approved without revision, at most one lost dispute and a Passport score of 40 (once verified). Gold: 12 orders, 90 % on time, 75 % without revision, no lost dispute, score of 50.
Silver lowers your platform fee by 10 %, Gold by 20 %. You also move up slightly in Instant Match; proven performance always counts more there.
