Forgot your password or can't sign in

Reset your password and the most common reasons signing in fails. 1. On the sign-in page click “Forgot password?” and enter your email. The link in the email is valid for one hour.

Settings, password and deleting your account

Change profile, language, theme and notifications, export your data or have your account deleted. Under Settings you change your name, profile and billing details. Language (German/English) and theme (light, dark, like your device) are in the menu at the bottom left; Hookline remembers both for your account.

Hookline books the best matching creator up to your price limit and pays from your wallet. In the brief, switch on Auto-Book and set a price limit. As soon as a matching creator has a free slot, Hookline books them and pays from your wallet.

Payment and escrow

How payment works and why the money reaches the creator only after your approval. You pay at booking by card or from your wallet. The money then sits in escrow with our payment provider Stripe, not with the creator.

Prepay a balance to pay for orders, bonuses and license renewals without a card. Under Wallet you top up from €50. It suits agencies and anyone who books often: payments go through instantly and Auto-Book can use it.

Review a video, request changes, approve

Watermarked preview, two revision rounds included, approval and downloading the original. When the creator delivers you get a notification. Until approval you see a preview at most 720p with a watermark. This protects both sides: the original comes together with the payment.

Paid extras on an order: who offers them, how to book and deliver them. Creators switch extras on in their settings and set their price (€5 to €1,000): subtitles, two extra hook variants, format versions (other aspect ratios), up to 10 raw footage files and express delivery in 3 days.

What happens if you can't agree, and how Hookline decides. Either side can open a dispute on a booked, running or submitted order. Describe factually what isn't right; the chat and the versions in the order serve as evidence.

Usage rights, license and renewal

What you may do with a video, for how long, and how renewals work. Every order comes with a license: usage (organic, paid ads, whitelisting), channels, territory and duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). It starts on approval. The PDF certificate and a machine-readable version are under Rights.

Connect Meta and TikTok, link ads to videos, Fatigue-Radar and bonuses. 1. Open Performance, give consent and connect your Meta or TikTok ad account. Hookline only reads metrics and never changes your campaigns.

Which documents are created automatically, where to find them and how to check they're genuine. On every approval Hookline creates the documents automatically: a credit note from the creator to the brand for the video, an invoice for the service fee to the brand, and an invoice for the platform fee to the creator.

What belongs in your profile and how the review works. In onboarding you set your handle, country, languages, niches, base rate per video and the share for license renewals. Upload up to 12 sample videos to your portfolio; they matter most to brands.

Capacity: publish free slots

With slots, brands book you directly without an application round. Under Capacity you add windows such as “2 videos until Friday”. Within that window a brand can book you instantly if you fit their brief.

Briefs that accept applications, and how your pitch gets accepted. Jobs lists briefs where brands accept applications. You apply with a short pitch, your price (at most the budget), the delivery time and optionally a video.

Set up and receive payouts

Billing details, payout account with Stripe and when the money arrives. 1. Under Payouts enter your billing details: name or company, address and either VAT ID, tax number or that you're a small business. Without them you can't submit a video.

How your score comes from real ad data and how to share it. When brands connect their ad account, your videos' results flow anonymised into your Performance Passport: hook rate, hold rate, CTR and ROAS, per niche and format.
