Deliver a video: upload, quality check, submit
Which files work, what the check looks at and how to avoid revision rounds.
- 1Start production in the order once you have the product. For physical products you also see shipment tracking there.
- 2Upload the video: MP4, MOV or WebM up to 500 MB. Mind the aspect ratio from the brief (e.g. 9:16 vertical).
- 3Before submitting you can run the AI pre-check. It looks at the hook in the first seconds, must-haves and banned claims among other things and gives you hints. It's advice, not a gate.
- 4On submit, rules check format, length and aspect ratio. If a required check fails, the order goes back to production and you see what's missing.
Before your first delivery we need your billing details (Payouts → billing details), because we create your credit note from them.
Upload stops? Usually it's the connection or a file over 500 MB. Use Wi-Fi, export in H.264 and try again; the upload link is valid for one hour.
